Before you write

Check that notifications are enabled in iOS Settings.
Open the document detail screen and verify the reminder date.
Make sure the expiry date and reminder offset are saved correctly.

What to include

Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send document numbers or sensitive personal documents.

Privacy reminder

Your app data is stored locally on your device. We cannot access your documents, expiry dates, or renewal notes unless you choose to include details in your email.
