Privacy Policy

Expiry Keeper: Documents is designed to keep your document information private and local to your device.

Data collection

Expiry Keeper uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage, improve reliability, and diagnose crashes. These services may collect product interaction data, app launch and feature usage events, device and app diagnostics, and crash reports.

We do not use advertising identifiers and do not use this data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Data stored on your device

Document names, document types, expiry dates, reminder settings, and renewal notes are stored locally on your device. We cannot access this data, and Expiry Keeper does not send document names, expiry dates, reminder notes, document numbers, scans, photos, or user-entered document content to Firebase.

App Store privacy summary

For App Store privacy labels, Expiry Keeper may collect diagnostics and product interaction or usage analytics through Firebase. Tracking is not used. User content, document data, contact information, location, photos, audio, and identifiers entered into the app are not collected by Expiry Keeper.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app uses local notifications only for expiry reminders you create. Notification permission can be changed in iOS Settings.

Support emails

If you contact support by email, we receive only the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, and optional diagnostic details.

Children

The app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
