Privacy Policy

SendShrink is a local-first photo compression utility. The photos you select are processed on your device.

Photo processing

Selected photos are compressed locally on device. SendShrink does not upload selected photos, compressed photos, filenames, EXIF data, albums, share destinations, or output files to our server.

Originals

Original photos are not modified. Compressed copies are saved to Photos only when you choose Save, and shared only when you choose Share.

Accounts, cloud, and AI

The app does not require an account, does not use cloud sync for photo processing, and does not use AI or server-side processing for compression.

Firebase diagnostics

The app may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app usage, improve reliability, and diagnose crashes. These services may process app interaction events, app launch and feature usage events, device/app diagnostics, performance information, and crash reports. They do not receive your selected photos or compressed output from SendShrink.

Purchases

Adapty is used to manage in-app purchases, paywall configuration, purchase status, and restore purchases. Adapty may process purchase-related identifiers and transaction status required to provide Pro access. SendShrink does not send photo content to Adapty.

App Store privacy summary

For App Store privacy labels, SendShrink may collect diagnostics and product interaction or usage analytics through Firebase, and purchase-related data through Apple and Adapty. Tracking is not used. Advertising identifiers are not used. User photo content is not collected by SendShrink.

Support emails

If you contact support by email, we receive only the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, and optional diagnostic details. Photos are not attached automatically.
